      Can I run the onboarding again?<\/span><\/div>
      Certainly.\u00a0 We know the process is cute and fun, so sure, run it as many times as you need.\u00a0 Every time you change information, your profile will be updated.\u00a0 Some of our users find it as a more exciting alternative to update the basics of their profile.<\/span><\/div><\/div>
      Why do you need my email address?<\/span><\/div>
      If you want us to send you notifications of events in the system, for example when you receive a message, or when a user comments on your posts, then we need your email address.\u00a0 We will not give any contact details to a third party, nor shall we publish your contact details outside the privacy settings you chose.<\/span><\/div><\/div>
      Why do you need my phone number?<\/span><\/div>

      We don't.\u00a0 But if you want to display your phone number so that potential clients can contact you, you can enter your phone number during the onboarding process, or update it in you profile, and set the privacy settings to who may view your number.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

      What happened to my free credits?<\/span><\/div>
      There are two types of credits.\u00a0 The free daily credits, and purchased (or earned) credits.<\/span>\n\n \n\nThe free daily credits are not transferred to the next day.\u00a0 What you don't use today, you loose tomorrow.\u00a0 But remember, tomorrow you get new free daily credits depending on the plan you are on.<\/span>\n\n \n\nCredits purchased or earned are transferred and never expires.<\/span><\/div><\/div>
      How can I get more AI credits?<\/span><\/div>

      There are two options how you can top up your AI credits:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. You can simply purchase more credits from the PG store,<\/span><\/p>\n

      2. You can watch ads to earn more AI credits.\u00a0 For every ad you watch, you earn 1 credit.\u00a0 You are however limited to 15 ads per day, which will reset the next day.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

      What are AI credits and what can I use it for?<\/span><\/div>

      AI credits are the credits needed to chat to Betty or Olive, our two in house AI chatbots powered by OpenAI.\u00a0 You need 1 credit for one chat prompt with 1 response.<\/span><\/p>\n \n

      For example, the following conversation used 2 credits:<\/span><\/p>\n

      user: Please give me 5 ideas to write a post about, something in the lines of increasing property value. (first chat prompt<\/u>)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Betty: Certainly! Here are five ideas for a blog post focused on increasing property value:<\/span><\/p>\n
