Can I run the onboarding again?
Certainly.  We know the process is cute and fun, so sure, run it as many times as you need.  Every time you change information, your profile will be updated.  Some of our users find it as a more exciting alternative to update the basics of their profile.
Why do you need my email address?
If you want us to send you notifications of events in the system, for example when you receive a message, or when a user comments on your posts, then we need your email address.  We will not give any contact details to a third party, nor shall we publish your contact details outside the privacy settings you chose.
Why do you need my phone number?

We don't.  But if you want to display your phone number so that potential clients can contact you, you can enter your phone number during the onboarding process, or update it in you profile, and set the privacy settings to who may view your number.

What happened to my free credits?
There are two types of credits.  The free daily credits, and purchased (or earned) credits.   The free daily credits are not transferred to the next day.  What you don't use today, you loose tomorrow.  But remember, tomorrow you get new free daily credits depending on the plan you are on.   Credits purchased or earned are transferred and never expires.
How can I get more AI credits?

There are two options how you can top up your AI credits:

1. You can simply purchase more credits from the PG store,

2. You can watch ads to earn more AI credits.  For every ad you watch, you earn 1 credit.  You are however limited to 15 ads per day, which will reset the next day.

What are AI credits and what can I use it for?

AI credits are the credits needed to chat to Betty or Olive, our two in house AI chatbots powered by OpenAI.  You need 1 credit for one chat prompt with 1 response.

 

For example, the following conversation used 2 credits:

user: Please give me 5 ideas to write a post about, something in the lines of increasing property value. (first chat prompt)

Betty: Certainly! Here are five ideas for a blog post focused on increasing property value:
